Always been a new balance (for actual running) fan. This year have a bunch of body issues and foot issues. Read up on Altras, they're zero or low drop running or walking shoes but I think the most important part here is that they have anatomical shape foot lasts. Tried out the Experience Flow ST for running, I'm a believer, bought another pair on sale at a local running shoe store and saved my right foot on 3 week trip in China.
