Flo EV Charger Program - Starts November 2

For anyone here driving an EV or already running a FLO charger at home, FLO is officially rolling out their Reward Program starting November 2, 2026.

Once enrollment opens in the app, both new and existing owners of connected FLO Home X3, X5, X6, and X8 units can earn a flat $0.10 per eligible kWh charged at home. The older G5 unit is excluded.

Even if you don't own their home hardware the same $0.10/kWh rebate applies when you plug into eligible public/commercial FLO charging stations. Enrolling a residential unit extends your hardware coverage to a lifetime warranty for as long as your charger stays online and enrolled.

$0.10/kWh definitely isn't the highest payout on the market right now. If you're buying from scratch purely to maximize cashback, some competing programs edge this out by a few cents per kilowatt-hour. That said, the huge win here for existing owners (myself included) is no switching or sunk costs for our exisitng FLO unit. I was ready to get it replaced over the next few weeks because FLO had previously said they didn't have any consumer program on the way.

FLO's app is solid. And having both residential tracking and public network charging consolidated in one app interface without tiers or minimum session limits is decent. And you can register and earn 10c/kWh for only commercial charging if you don't have one of their chargers at home.

The big drawbacks here are the delayed payout timelines and that you have to buy your own charger. Rewards start stacking immediately on November 2, but you won't be able to redeem them as FLO Wallet public charging
