This icy cold dessert is made by mixing real vanilla ice cream and milk with hot chocolate. IHOP’s Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake is finished with a dollop of whipped topping, a sprinkle of mini marshmallows and a decadent drizzle of chocolate syrup.
The Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake will only be available at IHOP for a short time this winter season.
