PC Optimum: Points for AppleTV no longer available?

PC Optimum no longer offers to redeem points for 1 month, or 3 mo free AppleTV service.

It was there a couple of weeks ago, the last I checked. I used it in May for a 1 month redemption.

Perhaps it's related to Apple's pending price increases?
