This decadent flavor begins with blue, sweet cream ice cream that is mixed with a swirl of cookie dough batter. For even more crunchy cookie goodness, Cookie Monster ice cream is then loaded with chunks of real chocolate chip cookies and crispy bits of chocolate sandwich cookies.
