Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy Sandwich
The Deluxe version of this McDonald’s sandwich also comes with a crispy-fried chicken fillet, savory applewood-smoked bacon and a special buttermilk ranch sauce. It is then topped with fresh Roma tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
